ph19833 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph19833 does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which ph19833 bears no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph19833 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours under standard conditions. VIP Platinum and Diamond members are eligible for same-day processing. ph19833 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. ph19833 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

ph19833 reserves the right to void any transaction and reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. ph19833 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

ph19833 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all ph19833 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating more than one ph19833 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph19833 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ph19833.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph19833 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph19833 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ph19833 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph19833 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, ph19833's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ph19833's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph19833 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after termination, including but not limited to Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
